EMC hosts this year’s CIO Connect Summit

Top IT speakers discuss today’s most exciting and disruptive issues coming up on the Hybrid Cloud, Big Data and 3rd Platform Applications agendas.

“It is an exciting time to be a CIO”, says Mohammed Amin, EMC Senior Vice President for Turkey, Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East, about the upcoming EMC CIO Connect 2015. In the CIO’s world, changes are now more rapid than ever before and the dimensions of IT organisations, from technology to organisational culture and necessary skills, are all now redefined.

EMC CIO Connect takes place to confront business challenges, as well as to discuss IT industry trends and future (markets) requirements in order to help CIOs stay ahead of the curve and meet demands with ease.

Speakers at CIO Connect will discuss and examine these changes to find answers on these urging questions: What are the new business priorities for IT? What are the new tasks for CIOs? Where does the journey from IT infrastructure to customer-centric applications go?

This year’s agenda is packed with thrilling keynotes as well as three unique tracks, which are divided in form and content as EMC CIO Connect continues to bring to the forefront the most relevant topics to CIOs:

Redefine your Enterprise Structure

Trending IT issues like Software-Defined Data Centres (SDDS), where their power lies and how they are operated and exploited for success will be discussed. The new Hybrid Cloud models that are revolutionising the relationship between IT and Business priorities will also be discussed.

Redefine Intelligence with Big Data

The second track focuses on Big Data, one of today’s most prominent yet misunderstood concepts in IT and Business. You will hear about the value of Big Data Lakes and how to identify and prioritize your Big Data Use cases. As security is very important in a digitalised age, there are several corresponding sessions focusing on maintaining the security of your organisations most valuable asset, data.

Redefine Your Enterprise Applications

Are you already using a Cloud infrastructure? Do you strive to find the best customer centric applications for your Cloud? Then this track will interest you, as it is ideal for those who focus on SAP and Oracle applications in their role.
